Are the goods insured?

Absolutely, yes. Each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Charlene Jewellery Design and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

Why am I being charged taxes and duty?

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

Return and refund policy?

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try your product and report any issues.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
