From Small-Town Dreams to Big-City Success

Growing up in Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock, she refused to be defined by the limitations often associated with her hometown. At just 16, a serendipitous encounter with a jewellery store manager changed – the course of her life.

With a bold request for a job and a natural charm that – couldn’t be denied, Charlene embarked on a path of education and hands-on experience, ultimately leading her to the glittering streets of London and a successful career spanning 18 years in the industry at London’s finest establishments, including Mappin & Webb.

A Personal Touch in Every Creation

In Charlene’s world, jewellery is the canvas upon which life’s most precious stories are told. My design philosophy is simple yet profound: “Nothing is impossible if you can dream it.” A trailblazer in her own right, she seamlessly blends cutting-edge technology with time-honoured techniques to create – jewellery that is both contemporary and timeless.

With a particular affinity for the rich, warm hues of 18ct yellow gold, Charlene also works with a variety of other precious metals and gemstones. She is passionate about using lab-grown diamonds, which are increasingly popular among her clients but also works with naturally mined diamonds and unique raw stones, ensuring that each piece is truly extraordinary.

I take the time to listen to you, my clients, from the initial consultation to the final reveal, ensuring that each piece is as comfortable to wear as it is beautiful to behold. My commitment to ethical sourcing and using only the finest materials is a testament to dedication to creating jewellery, that not only tells a story but also reflects values and the values of her clients
